- Review and understand the job requirements
- Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates
- Sourcing resumes through various job portals, social media and contacts
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Networking and building relationships with candidates
- Ensure candidates are available and ready to take up the position
- Sharing daily work status reports
Requirements
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in office automation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exposure to G-suite, i.e. Google Workspace - drive, documents, spreadsheets
- Ability to build strong relationships, work harmoniously in a team environment
- Self-confidence and self-learning habits
- 3-6 months of recruitment experience with an IT firm or third party client will be preferred
