Vendor Management Executive facilitates and maintains relationships between Coditas and the vendor partner network in negotiating contracts, creating and maintaining vendor's standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a database for vendors and prospects.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and enabling vendors to manage the ongoing requirement across technology stacks.
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with vendor contacts at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in Coditas strategic direction/initiatives and ensure vendor programs are in alignment.
- Lead Generation, cold calling, and database creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational delivery consequences.
- Communicate goals internally., so everyone is aware of expectations and consequences.
- Lead contract negotiations, SLA on a high level and coordinate the review and approval process between all involved parties.
- Create synergy across accounts within the Coditas partner relationships.
- Perform industry analysis for emerging technologies and relevant vendors in conjunction with the company's strategic initiatives.
- Work with functional owners to identify potential areas of improvement or to find a better vendor.

- You should have the ability to understand the business and technical drivers behind the software, hardware, and services acquisition and translate them into contractual language.
- You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You should be self-motivated and a quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and follow-through to achieve good quality and meet deadlines.
- You should have the ability to work effectively in a team as well as in an individual environment.
