We are looking for a Vendor Management associate who can facilitate and maintain a good relationship between Coditas and its vendor partner network, by negotiating contracts, creating and maintaining vendor standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating a database for vendors and prospects.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and enabling vendors to manage the ongoing requirement across technology stacks.
- Developing and maintaining successful relationships with vendors at all levels.
- Participating in Coditas’ strategic initiatives and ensuring vendor programs are well aligned.
- Generating leads, cold calling, and creating databases.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational delivery goals.
- Communicating goals internally for everyone to be aware of expectations and consequences.
- Negotiating lead contracts and SLA on a high level, and coordinating the review and approval process between all parties.
- Creating synergy across accounts within the Coditas partner relationships.
- Performing industry analysis for emerging technologies and relevant vendors in conjunction with the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Working with functional owners to identify potential areas of improvement or to find a better vendor.
You should have
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn.
- The ability to understand the business and technical drivers behind the software, hardware, and services acquisition and translate it into contractual language
