We are looking to on-board skills for Dynamics F&O - Solution Architects, Finance & Supply-chain Functional Consultants, Technical architects, and developers - based in India & other geographies. - Knowledge of human capital software, preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
- Preferred to have experience in Dynamics 365 Human Resource of around 1 to 4 Years.
- Preferred to have experience in at least one project in D365 Human Resource.
- Human Resource experience with an understanding of all aspects of HR compliance and best practices.
- Experience participating in the requirements gathering process for HR systems. The Candidate must know the Implementation methodology of Sure Step and Agile
- The Candidate must have client-facing experience
- Experience in working Offshore-Onsite model is needed
- The candidate must have good communication skill
- The candidate must have experience leading a team and guide the team members
- Good knowledge of D365 Human Resource and how it is interacting with D365 FnO
- Candidate should be well versed with full candidate lifecycle starting from raising the resource request till employee offboarding.
