They enjoy working collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, process owners, and other subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Ability to easily grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, graphics, and process flows
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write end-user, technical, system, product, and process documentation, based on client needs
• Ability to analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Ability to deliver high-quality and technically accurate content using successful collaboration with information owners

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in writing user-focused documentation for a range of audience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills
• Basic familiarity with the software development life cycle and in-depth knowledge of the documentation development life cycle
• Strong knowledge of processes, writing principles, and style guides
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and thoroughly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, manage competing priorities, and respond to changes quickly
