• Strong Knowledge in Reconciliations and TLM functional.
• Configuration expertise in both TLM 2.7 and TLM Recs premium versions.
• Good Knowledge of accounting / underlying product operations.
• Technical knowledge in Oracle and Unix operations.
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral.
• Good people management skills with 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Ability to independently interact with a wide set of stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver as per target timelines.
• Candidate will have to work with Client and get the business requirements
• Will be performing tech lead role as part of TLM Premium project deliverables
• Will be handling the team and guiding the tasks expected from them.
• Will be setting up performance goals and providing frequent feedback to the team members.
