Your role

What you'll do:

• Reaching out to prospective candidates, representing the company, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Monitoring candidate status and following up where required
• Understanding the candidate's journey and expectations to deliver a superior experience to anyone considering an opportunity with CoinDCX
• Collaborating with recruiters and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
• Maintaining a database of interview schedules and panel availability
