Job profile
- Support LAN network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues.
- Outlook Configuration and Data Backup.
- User Email id Creating and Deleting from Server.
- Check firewall License Up-gradation and User Access Control.
- Monitor and Data Backup of User in Synology Application.
- Sever Tape Backup.
- Hardware Support for laptops and desktops.
- MIS Reports Monitor.
- Month-end Activity Monitoring process Chain.
- Responsible to extend IT support to Company Infrastructure: Employee Strength 800+, Locations across India 69+.
Desired candidate’s profile
- Skilled in Windows Installation, Microsoft outlook setup, Network troubleshooting, Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting.
- Experience: 06 Months - 2 years.
