Key Responsibilities
Facilitate full-day sessions across levels on a variety of strategic topics, both Face to face & Virtual
Should achieve the set facilitation hours and desired feedback scores
Conduct learning needs analysis, and recommend learning solutions
Play a key role in the creation of new offerings across a variety of domains
Work as part of a highly collaborative team, promoting teamwork and high-quality deliverables/ communication of learning programs
Articulate the vision and value of the learning programs to internal audiences
Active participation in Zonal and PAN India initiatives and projects
Present data on the progress of the learning plans, investment summary, quality of programs, and business impact with respect to the assigned location/accounts
Highlight Location nomination status to Zonal Learning Leaders to enable maximum participation at the location
Organize planned reviews with the account leaders
Best Practice sharing, process improvement, and standardized approach to deployment.
Support in Communication and Branding of Segment programs and other learning initiatives
Build valued relationships consistently, enabling ongoing and effective partnerships focused on achieving shared objectives for the learning team.
Should have a good understanding of business challenges and business functionality from a BPM standpoint
