Your role

The MIS team is responsible for managing the entire PS reporting work end-to-end employee life cycle for India and business and workforce management teams are highly dependent on this team for their day-to-day reporting around workforce planning, scheduling & management.

The MIS reports are very critical for preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual client reports as well.

In addition, the team is expected to work on multiple Adhoc requests from different functions and senior leadership teams in the Country.
