Your role

As an Associate payroll, you will work on Payroll/Full & Final settlement to ensure 100% accurate/timely payroll/F&F processed and maintains accurate calculation of wages, maintain payroll records.

Responsibilities

• Process the monthly payroll and full & Final settlement as per country law
• Reviews changes to base salary, tax etc. and ensures changes are incorporated into the payroll system
• Incorporates a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll
• Works on the payroll-related issue
• Resolves enquiries from employees on the payroll as and when required within TAT and maintains a high CSAT score (Employee survey)
• Accurately maintaining the payroll records
• On-time tax and salary changes are to be incorporated into the payroll systems
• Timeline to be met for the assigned projects/ work
