Key responsibilities 

• Generate documentation necessary for opening, closing, and changing signers on bank accounts.
• Maintain the integrity of the Bank Account Management (BAM) by recording the applicable information from correspondence with banks.
• Perform follow-up with banks to obtain acknowledgment of bank account and transactions.
• Work together with Treasury Cash Manager personnel and banks to ensure smooth settlements (intercompany and 3rd party).
• Manage and review user access on internal and external tools.
• Provide internal and audit support as required. Conduct checks and surveys as required by internal policies and guidelines.
• Compile key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management.
• Perform various other banking functions as identified by the Global Treasury Head / Director.

Desired skills 

• University Degree Mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
