- Be able to understand macroeconomics and leverage from the supply & demand gap
- Experience in managing global locations will be a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and analysis of cost
- Analytical and commercial acumen
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Understanding Hindi is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and sourcing ERPs - COUPA / SAP / Oracle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Procurement Best Practices covering Procure to Pay process, including Order Management, Vendor Management, Supplier Contracting and rate cards
- Understanding of Real Estate operations (Facility Management, consumables and services including AMCs), IT – Hardware, Software, Licensing, Servers, Storage, Media and Technology, Telecom, Cabling, Maintenance, AMCs etc.
- Adherence to Policies and Governance
- Be able to work in a fast and matrix driven Procurement Organization
- High level of internal customer orientation
- Proactive approach and focus on meeting agreed on SLAs
