- Act as the key Talent Management point of contact, partnering to educate, advise, and guide the integration of Talent Management into different regional systems and practices
- Partner with People Solutions Business Partners to understand talent bench strengths, gaps (existing or potential) and align on a corrective course of action
- Work pro-actively as part of a global team to ensure we are respecting our culture of belonging as we launch initiatives.
- Conduct/facilitate regular Talent Connect/Demand Planning sessions with regional partners (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Leads, People Solutions, Delivery Leaders) to solutions for identified talent/growth needs
