Act as the key Talent Management point of contact, partnering to educate, advise, and guide the integration of Talent Management into different regional systems and practices
Partner with People Solutions Business Partners to understand talent bench strengths, gaps (existing or potential) and align on a corrective course of action
Work pro-actively as part of a global team to ensure we are respecting our culture of belonging as we launch initiatives.
Conduct/facilitate regular Talent Connect/Demand Planning sessions with regional partners (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Leads, People Solutions, Delivery Leaders) to solutions for identified talent/growth needs
