Your role

• Support IT asset management lifecycle of India sites.
• Monitors Adobe license procurement, and updating of Adobe database/ portal. Addressing and liaising any queries related to it.
• Asset IT Operations in maintaining IT Asset data on the asset tool such as updating either new, modifications or updates from Coupa.
• Act as focal for the above sites for any client audits that require asset details.
• Prepare Asset report assigned to him
• Coordinate with Fixed Asset team and validate entries on Fixed asset register 
• Monitor the helpdesk ticketing tool for GITAM, and prepare Global SCCM/Lezap/Cortex/Fire Eye unique count used as the team's reference for any reconciliation
• Gap analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives
