Your role

Role and Responsibilities:

The intern will support and learn by assisting  in the following tasks:

• Recruitment Support: Assisting with resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Employee Onboarding: Helping with new hire documentation work and supporting the new hire orientation sessions.
• Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, and surveys.
• Data Management: Help with employee file management, supporting and updating employee records, and generating reports.
• Policy and Process Documentation: Assisting in reviewing, creating, and updating HR policies and procedures.
