Your role

Scope of position:

The Salesforce Intern will focus on sandbox management and refreshing activities. The intern should be preparing documents related to the refreshing activities. He/she should come up with a strategy to maintain sandboxes and keep all sandboxes in sync.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze the process used in CS and come up with a strategy to maintain the sandbox.
• Document step-by-step process of sandbox refresh activities like:
  • Frequency
  • Pre-Sandbox refresh steps
  • Data creation while refreshing the sandbox
  • Post refreshing activities etc.

About you

Minimum Education and/or Experience required:

• Education Qualification:  BE / B.Tech / MCA (2023 completed / 2024 TBC)
• Must have Salesforce Admin Knowledge.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills – written & verbal.
• Strong technical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Ability to produce flow charts/technical diagrams.
• Strong computer literacy, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
