This members-only club also allows its members to manage several cards and conduct credit analyses to determine their credit scores. CRED's mission is to help individuals with high credit scores have a good life. 

Your role

• Be responsible for solving user queries and coordinating with merchants for CS resolutions
• Build a chatbot flow + reiterate the journey of the chatbot
• Coordinate with the CS team to develop a knowledge base
• Build a process for aligning with merchants for the CS resolution process and escalation matrix
• Find CS escalation patterns and provide inputs to the product team
• Build SOPs to solve 90% of user queries within TAT
• Work on process automation
