here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team 

What you will do?

  • design and implement fraud prevention and collection policies.
  • keep abreast of industry trends, competitive fraud policies, and maintain thorough & current knowledge of changes in the field of fraud prevention.  
  • identify, measure, define and control fraud risk with respect to various operational processes.  
  • design the compliance controls, fraud review mechanism, and reporting requirements in compliance with the regulatory guidelines.
  • lead fraud investigation process by building SOPs 
  • help shape the product design and operations processes by evaluating them from a fraud prevention lens help shape the omni-channel collections treatment strategy so that we maximise our use of analytics & technology to optimise collections efficiency 
  • work closely with collections to ensure the feedback loop is closed and learnings are relayed into our credit decisioning strategies


You should apply if you:

  • have 2-6 years prior work experience as an analyst in data-driven environments.
  • have prior experience in fraud/collection analytics is preferred but not mandatory
  • have prior experience in operations companies like logistics and e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory
  • have the ability to analyse and solve complicated problems, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication.
  • possess strong technical skills such as sql/python
  • are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
  • seek high ownership, independent environments, and feedback oriented cultures
