About the role & team

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager/senior associate to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Investors, Originators, Trustees, Rating Agencies, Legal Counsels, and Audit firms for deal settlement and operations i.e., pre-settlement and post-settlement operations.
  • Manage the Compliance and Control systems of the CredAvenue concerning various processes.
  • Manage the Pools operations review and sign-off for new clients onboarded to the CredAvenue.
  • Investor & Clients Servicing.
  • Taking care of Pay in & Payout reports.
  • Providing CredAvenue platform demo to the counterparties.
  • To work on excel cashflows and spreadsheets to prepare various reports.
  • Liaising with the Tech Team to develop and manage a robust Document Management System.
  • Work closely with the business and technology teams to ensure that end-to-end execution of pools operations, and workflows are seamless.
  • Constantly upgrade the defined operations in the system to align with the organization’s scale and scope.
  • Track and identify operations stress points, glitches, and process gaps, and work with the business and technology team to plug the same.
  • Be a single point of contact for all internal users of the CredAvenue Platform concerning the queries, and support for Pools operations.
  • Develop the roadmap and schedule for execution of the project and have complete ownership and accountability for product delivery within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Conducting training programs for new employees.
  • Take care of the deal performance validation
  • To ensure the client requests for the fulfillment activates

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
