Responsibilities

• Perform all IT team activities as assigned by the manager.
• Provide an accurate record of each call-in incident management tracking tool, and capture the problem-solving process
• Windows 10 and MAC OS installation and troubleshooting.
• System Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting based on performance requirements.
• Network troubleshooting- slowness, trace routing, resilience activities support.
• Printer and Scanner Installation and troubleshooting.
• Physical & Remote OS and applications troubleshooting.
• Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
• System Re-Imaging and Decommission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or CSC with 0 - 6 months of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
• Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
