The Client Suspensions/Offboarding Team is a function in Global Markets Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management. The Suspensions/Offboarding team is responsible for the end-to-end management of the process to suspend or terminate client relationships. The function also supports ad-hoc Amendment requests in CMS. This process is complex and often time-sensitive. The function works closely with partners in KYC, AML, Sales, Prime, and Credit to ensure a complete suspension or termination of client accounts.
The Client Suspensions/Offboarding Team is fast-paced and timeline-driven. Although the analyst will be responsible for certain core functions, the team collaborates to achieve larger goals and to innovate to achieve success.
