Your field of responsibility

The Client Suspensions/Offboarding Team is a function in Global Markets Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management. The Suspensions/Offboarding team is responsible for the end-to-end management of the process to suspend or terminate client relationships. The function also supports ad-hoc Amendment requests in CMS. This process is complex and often time-sensitive. The function works closely with partners in KYC, AML, Sales, Prime, and Credit to ensure a complete suspension or termination of client accounts.

  • Build positive relationships with business partners and clients, while handling expectations
  • Work with team to organize and prioritize work
  • Uphold and retain controls and procedures for the team
  • Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies
  • Implement the Bank’s policies on Client Confidentiality and Inactive Accounts
  • Work with IT partners for software support and system improvements.

Your skills and experience

  • We are looking for applicants who have excellent communication skills; must be responsive, clear, concise, comprehensive, and able to communicate optimally in writing
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Proven ability to maintain a controlled environment by recognizing control gaps
  • Outstanding knowledge in MS Office applications and spreadsheet proficiency, including VLOOKUP experience
  • Ability to adopt and maintain a logical approach in a highly pressurized environment
  • Adaptable to change and must have excellent multi-tasking and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage time, optimally, maintain track of multiple results, and be accustomed to working within timelines
  • Excels at analytically distilling complex concepts and developing a plan of action
  • Ability to influence without authority and experience working in complex organizations
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value of varied perspectives.
