Your role

As a part of your role, your responsibility includes:

  • They offer you the opportunity to optimally handle workforce administration, employee lifecycle, and exit administration.
  • They also offer you the responsibility to take ownership of caller queries and provide active support to employees, managers, and People departments in personnel administration processes across the world.
  • The role includes performing transactions by the procedures and regulations of the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer.
  • Providing answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquiries related to People processes/procedures by applying solutions provided by SMEs forms part of your primary duties.
  • This role also requires you to build, update and maintain all People related data via the People System on time.
  • The role also provides you with an ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, the efficiency of operations, and implementing changes.
  • They also offer you the opportunity to collaborate with Operation Leads, Stakeholders, and Operation Managers to review requests trending and develop client service improvement projects (e.g., knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users, etc.).

  • You will be a crucial member of the People Services & Solutions Management Team, responsible for leading the People core process for all Credit Suisse employees.
  • The team consists of 250 colleagues, and they are all passionate about HR topics and love to work collaboratively.

About you

Qualifications:

  • You have 0-1 year of proven work experience.
  • You have expert knowledge of MS Office Products.
  • You have hands-on experience working on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc.
  • You have solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • You have proven work experience in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes.
  • You Having a Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage.
  • You have serviced multiple clients/processes in a fast-paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred.
  • You have experience working with partners across regions and have proven to be able to work across cultures.
  • You are comfortable improving process dashboards, finding opportunities for improvement using data, and driving improvement projects independently.
  • You are reliable, patient, resilient, and service-oriented.
  • You are committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice.
  • You are flexible and able to learn new solutions and systems quickly.
  • You are a self-starter, motivated for professional development.
  • You are flexible working shifts.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of an additional language is good, as the individual may sometime be a backup to the EMEA team too.
