Analyse the Company’s financial performance which includes; Past financial and business performance & Benchmark these against peer's performance.
Undertake data mining from newspapers, periodicals, the internet, and industry/ respective company reports.
Undertake rigorous credit and counterparty risk analysis encompassing industry/business research and financial analysis of various corporates.
Prepare reports that cogently capture the information available to the credit, highlighting key risks and grading parameters along with relevant analytical observations, trends, queries for the client, information gaps, etc.
Maintain a high level of data and analytical quality in report preparation.
Ensure adherence to set processes and timelines.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinating with the clients on various deliverables.
Be fully aware of the business deliverables and seek to continuously increase value proposition through regular dialogue and improvements in process and analytical quality.
Ability to review and evaluate work done by team members.
Guide and mentor team members in completing their day-to-day activities.
Plan and assess the available workload for the team and accordingly allocate work based on available capacity and complexities.
Support the technology team in the implementation of new tools/ process automation.
