Your role

As a System Engineer, your responsibilities:

• Minimum knowledge of Windows server OS
• Handle regular day-to-day IT Infra operations 
• Installation of systems OS, Applications, and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues
• Working on Service Desk tickets
• Coordinating with IT stakeholders to fix the issues
• Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status
• Perform the IT related task and update the status of higher management regularly
• Participating in Day/Weekly status review meetings
• Patch updates, New OS build, and configuration
