We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance resource to work in a functional role.

The mission will be to manage the functional part of the projects:
- Support Finance organization in the expression of enhancements, the definition of use cases, and the estimation of the added value of application development requests and Business Intelligence report.
- Propose and formalize functional specifications.
- Review and validate functional specifications with the Finance.
- Test developments.
- Support the smooth running of user acceptance.
What will be your job / Challenges to be handled?
- Within an international team (France, India, USA), you will be working in the finance functional team, you will be responsible for:
- Collect customer needs/enhancement requests (Finance- PTP, OTC, RTR, and EXP).
- Design functional solutions and document for the assigned enhancements.
- Follow the progress of developments and tests.
- Provide support for user queries during UAT.
- Provide functional support to users of these solutions, and analyze incidents in detail.
In addition, provide level 2 user support:
- Instruct production incident tickets
- Test and validate fixes for deliveries during each drop
- Interact with a level 1 user support team in particular participate in skills development (training/specific cases)
Your key success factors
- Required Qualifications: BE, B.Tech
- 0-3 years of experience in Finance Support and processes.
- Knowledge of Business process flow and experience in any of the modules like Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Billing, Customer Contracts, Resource Management, Project Costing, etc.
- Basic SQL skills like retrieving, updating, inserting, or deleting the data from the database.
- PeopleSoft query creation.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working experience with ticket/incident/service request management tools.
- Basic knowledge of PeopleSoft technical structure.
