Your role

• As part of this team, you will be responsible for the Dassault Systemes Cloud Support for worldwide data centres 24*7. This team manages and maintains the WW Cloud environments and is also responsible for the success of customers.
• Help L2/L3 teams through a series of actions, via either phone/mobile, email, or chat, until resolution.
• Open to work in a 24*7 shift environment with rotational weekend work.
• Your base location will be Pune.

The Challenges ahead

• Will be working on LINUX, UNIX scripting, and related technologies for monitoring and maintaining the cloud platforms and services.
• Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers both locally and remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

About you

The requirements for the role are as follows:

• Role: Cloud Engineer L1 Support
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, MCA, BCS, MSc-CS degree.
• Primary Skills: Good knowledge of UNIX, and LINUX, preferred to have knowledge of Cloud Technology (AWS). Basics of Databases, networking, and shell/python scripting
• Experience Level: 0 - 2 years
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shift 6.30 AM – 3 PM IST, 2.30 PM – 11 PM IST, and 10.30 PM – 7 AM IST (Night shift and weekend working will be either from the Office or Home)
