We are seeking a resource in our Technical Support team. We have a key mission to support our Customers globally.

What will your job be?

• Assist Customers/Partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving various DASSAULT systems products.
• Respond immediately in case of Customer Crises situations
• Work closely with customers and partners as the situation demands to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployment/production run
• Participate in customer calls on demand, demonstrating technical expertise and delivering enhanced value & satisfaction
• Create Knowledge capitalization content on key technical topics

The Challenges ahead

• Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while continuously raising the standard of quality of DS Customer Support
• Able to troubleshoot and debug the issues by analyzing traces/logs and other third-party tools
• Ensure Knowledge capitalization content creation on at regular basis and spread awareness about it at every possible need and opportunity

Your key success factors

• B.E., B.Tech from premier institutions with good academic track records 60% throughout in all academics with no gaps
• Candidate should have undergone any CAD/PLM training or Certification of CAD/PLM software
• 0-1 year of Industry Experience in any of DASSAULT Systemes products will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to PLM operations and concepts is an added advantage
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Must be able to help Customers and Development Team analyze and diagnose complex system problems via telephone or e-mail and make sound judgments based on deciding priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
