Your role

As part of their R&D Software Quality Assurance team, you will be involved in challenging and exciting projects, supporting the team in the creation of outstanding enterprise solutions used by major automotive and aerospace customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform Best-in-class Quality Assessments of DS products and ensure that product quality meets DS criteria.
• By carrying out Function testing, Regression testing, and Cloud-based testing in the SIMULIA R&D EMAG QA team.
• Exposure to CST Studio Suite will be preferred.
• The software tester will be involved in validating the PES (Product Enhancement Specification), and give suggestions in the design phase. 
• When the software build will be available, the functionalities are to be tested to ensure that the behaviour of the software is in line with the PES document. 
• If there are any defects, they should be reported in a defect reporting system. 
• When developers will fix it, it should be validated in the next build.
• In addition to that, the existing older functionalities of the product are to be tested on every release using the standard scenario replays.
• The tester’s job is to use the product in the industry use cases and ensure the quality of the product.
• On-premise testing, Cloud computing, Integration testing with other client and server-side apps, and close interaction with Developers, and Customer facing teams will be involved.

Qualification:

• MTech/M S in Electronics and Telecommunication or a related discipline from premier institutions with good academic track records.
• 0-2 Years of experience in any area of the electronics domain Knowledge of CST, HFSS or FEKO will be preferred.
