Defence Bioengineering & Electromedical Laboratory (DEBEL) Bangalore, a Premier Institute under the aegis of the Defence R&D Organization (DRDO) is engaged in Research and Development in Life Support Systems, Biomedical Devices, Environmental Protection Systems, and Aircrew Protective Systems.

Your role

Applications are invited for the engagement of Graduate Apprenticeship trainees in the following disciplines:

Graduate Apprenticeship Trainees: 

• Textile Technology (Code A) 
• Mechanical Engg (Code B) 
• Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation (Code C)  
• Chemistry (Cade D) 
• Library Science (Code E) 
• Accounts (Code F) 

Training, development & rotations

• The period of training will be 1 year commencing from the execution of the Apprenticeship.

Salary & benefits

• Monthly stipend INR 9,000/- for Graduate Trainees.
• No TA &DA shall be admissible for joining if selected.
• Selected candidates should make their own arrangements for their stay & transport in Bangalore.

About You

Educational Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Lib/B.Com for Graduate Trainees. i. For Subject Code of A/B & C: B.E/B. Tech,
• For Subject Code of D: B.Sc
• For Subject Code of E: B.Lib
• For Subject Code of F: B.Com

Other criteria:

• Candidate should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training elsewhere
• Candidate should not have work experience of one year or more
• Candidate should not have completed 3 years after passing the qualifying examination.
