Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring day-to-day operation
• Analyzing key lanes' performance and escalating internally to respective teams for improvement.
• Monitoring placement, tracking, and detention performance
• Coordinating directly with clients, operation, FM & billing performance report evaluation
• Enabling automated MIS for all the clients
• Conduct and drive the NPS survey
• Should be a one-stop solution for clients' queries and complaints
• Develop a clear understanding of internal & external processes and requirements
• Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel and Powerpoint 
• Provide Adhoc support through data analysis and various inputs to the client
• Fact-based and responsive decision making 
• Ability to create, establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients
• Ability to succeed under pressure and in high-growth and fast-paced environments
