The Management Company Accounting team in Hyderabad is looking for an Analyst to manage accurate financial records and oversee the Accounts Payable process, including vendor and employee payments. This role provides exposure to global accounting practices and offers opportunities to collaborate with senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders while developing a deep understanding of day-to-day workflow management.
In this position, you will facilitate and oversee the efficient processing and timely payment of workflow, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also act as a representative for the team in meetings with senior management, actively engaging in discussions, activities, and initiatives that contribute to the team's progress. In addition, you will effectively manage the Accounts Payables cycle, including tasks such as receiving invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation including vendor management and responding to inquiries as per company policies, processing payments by entering/uploading invoices, maintaining necessary documentation, and adhering to accounts payables policies, reconciling and resolving invoice discrepancies, verifying entries, and reconciling vendor accounts, preparing payment forecasts, assisting with month-end closing activities, and generating monthly reports, ensuring compliance with accounts payables policies, flagging unusual invoices, and obtaining necessary approvals and provide supporting documentation for audits. You will also drive process enhancements by coordinating with the development team and internal team members, leveraging their expertise and experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing reports for senior management, interacting with various groups across the firm (e.g., executive assistance, front office, financial operations, systems, purchasing), and developing and maintaining excellent working relationships to ensure understanding of processes and cooperation.
