Your role

D.E Shaw is looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic achievements to be a part of the innovative Talent Acquisition team based in the firm's offices in Hyderabad and Gurugram, India. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm's various business units.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • You will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for technical, finance, and enabling groups across business units.
  • You will be expected to manage end-to-end hiring requirements including, but not limited to, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing, build collaborative relationships, and partner closely with hiring managers.
  • You will also be responsible for driving and enhancing various recruitment programs for global operations as well as streamlining the existing processes.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to obtain and maintain documentation and data to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.
  • In this role, you will have an opportunity to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing while championing recruitment best practices within the team.
  • You should also keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.
