We are looking for an exceptionally capable Business Partner (BP) to support our Human Capital team in the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The business partner will be responsible for implementing HR solutions and developing and providing HR support to business groups in collaboration with other BPs. The BPs create strategic talent management programs to improve workforce performance.

What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role you’ll be responsible for interfacing with assigned business groups for HR strategy development, as well as providing business groups with guidance, consulting, and implementation of key initiatives. You’ll be
instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives and handling day to-day HR operations of the business units. You’ll also be involved in reviewing and analyzing business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. You’ll be required to handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you’ll be involved in providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees and managers on conduct and performance, concerns and grievances, and other people matters. You’ll also be responsible for assessing training needs and ensure training needs are fulfilled timely, partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential, and plan and conduct business group-specific engagement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

  • The candidate should have a master’s degree in human resources from a top-tier business school with six months to two years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate should be well-versed and proficient in most of the human capital functional areas.
  • The candidate should exhibit multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, driven, independent, flexible, discreet, and comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
  • Candidate should possess a positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Candidate should have the ability to work within constraints as well as challenge the status quo.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, handle multiple responsibilities, good at planning and organizing work deliverables, manage and meet stakeholder needs.
  • The candidate should be prompt, responsive, and ardent communicator, excellent in the ability to execute implementation of HR Processes and Programs.
  • Candidate should be resourceful, have problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • The ideal candidate should be well-versed with MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new HRIS platforms as needed.
