Responsibilities

• Audit of cleanliness & hygiene -All Stores.
• Find and pursue cost reduction opportunities in the CAPEX, storage and store planogram
• Set up dark stores across multiple locations within the city and across different cities in parallel
• Build a Book Keeping Record for the assets and service or maintenance of the assets
• Set up the dark stores for success such that a particular dark store is able to handle the OPH number
• Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence
• Work with multiple stakeholders across procurement, IT and admin departments very closely with them as a team member to solve the expansion.
• Hustle and get the things done in a very unstructured and fast environment
• Handle the network design across different cities on the basis of properties selected by the team
• Work with the Legal team in finalizing the dark store property that suits our requirements & Compliance Registrations.
• Working and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders through strong project management and communication. Key teams to work with will be the central supply, growth and operations team
• Operate independently, take ownership and drive results

Requirements

• A competent result-oriented decision-maker with strong stakeholder management and execution skills
• High ownership, accountability and bias for action are a must
• Should be comfortable with data analysis, Excel and be able to drive data-driven decision making
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment
• High ethical standards
• Have a fire in your belly to get out of your comfort zone and build the business from the ground up
• Ability to drive decisions with data
• Work with some really smart people, and still raise the bar for all of us
• Language: English and Local Language preferred
