Your role

The primary role of the BPO is to handle calls from customers and clients. They are catering to customers’ needs and resolving the issue. They also troubleshoot the customers' problems or sell services and products to potential customers.

About you

• Good computer navigation skills.
• Good keyboarding speed – 25wpm w/98% accuracy.
• Good knowledge of the complete MS Office suite.
• Knowledge about the Insurance industry in the US (N/Ain case of a fresher).
• Knowledge about US Culture (N/Ain case of a fresher).
• Knowledge of Insurance principles (N/Ain case of a fresher).
• Communication skills – should be able to read, and interpret business documents.
• Good oral/written communication.
• Ability to work successfully in a production-driven environment.
• Adaptability to change.
• Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions.

Education Requirements:

• Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration with at least 15 years of education in the Reconciliation process.
• Graduate in any discipline with at least 15 years of education for any other process.
