- Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.
- Knowledge of the country’s statutory requirements
- Validation of various payroll reports and analysis of variances.
- Creation and maintenance of process SOPs
- Experience in handling customer queries.
Requirements
- Graduate in B.Com/ any degree with accounting background with a minimum of 60% and above aggregate scores.
- Prefer fresher or if experienced then less than 2 years of total experience in ANZ or Asia Payroll
- Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
