Your role

The LMI-CLS team consults with business partners to provide effective learning solutions for the global sales and marketing partners.

As an Instructional Designer Intern, you’ll be responsible for applying contemporary adult learning principles in the design, creation, coordination, and implementation of learning content. Throughout your internship, you’ll assist your team and the business by creating effective, high-quality eLearning solutions from start to finish.

This role involves:

  • Understanding Lilly’s culture, organizational structure, roles, and practices
  • Comprehending project/content and working as per team’s best practices
  • Assisting the senior developers/ mentors by ensuring the designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions

  • Ability to learn authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Vyond
