Job Description

This role is responsible for performing all suppression requests that come from various consumers and will need to overlap with UK timings (1 pm to 10 pm IST).

Duties And Responsibilities

• Handling suppression requests received from consumers who would like their details removed from the Abacus Alliance
• Processing the removal of consumer details from our database by finding the details on our suppression interface and flagging them to be suppressed.
• Logging this information
• Where possible confirming the suppressions with consumers
• If needed, running database checks & investigations

Qualifications

• College/Associates Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 1-year experience
• Basic computer skills
