  • Epsilon is seeking an HR Programs Aggregator, who will undertake end-to-end responsibilities for reporting, aggregating, and coordinating various HR initiatives at Epsilon India
  • The ideal candidate has excellent time-management, reporting, excel, and project management skills in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
  • The role of HR Programs Aggregator will include planning, execution, reporting, conducting research, analyzing data, and crafting presentations that include recommendations related to the initiative rollouts

What You Will Do

  • Review, Maintain and Analyze data for the various HR Programs conducted
  • Generate, Maintain and analyze scheduled reports to showcase ROI of various HR initiatives
  • Build usage reporting, participation, and showcase trends to build proactive measures for the success of initiatives
  • Event Coordination for various HR Programs teams
  • Coordinate for various Events and Conferences in which Epsilon participates
  • Manage technology for various HR Initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-4 Years of experience in any recruitment function
  • Successful track record of working successfully within an administrative environment, preferably within Talent Acquisition/Campus Hiring Team
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Track record of working successfully in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritizing, managing data, setting and achieving deadlines
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
  • Knowledge of HR databases and ATS (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
