Our Exciting Opportunity

We are currently searching for a Domain Sales Support Manager to drive RAN and Transport engagements within the Networks Team. The successful candidate will partner with the Customer Unit Account Team to support and own the solution sales activities as applicable.

You will

  • Together with Key Account Management (KAM)/ Sales Organization, actively participate in all pre-sales and sales engagements across RAN and Transport Domain.
  • Contribute to business case development
  • Take the role of end-to-end technical solution lead (CSR) in specific engagements and define an effective TCO (total cost of ownership) model.
  • Work closely with Customers and be able to articulate customer-specific requirements back into Ericsson Domain and BA teams.
  • Support post-sales activities and swift network rollouts, expansions

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Have validated technical capability, good articulation skills specifically the ability to communicate techno-commercially the value of proposed solutions.
  • Have customer engagement experience within the telecommunications/IT industry and have the ability to demonstrate technical value.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders by developing an extensive understanding of the customer’s overall business from a network evolution perspective.
