You will
In this role, you will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and processes required to be used by the Customer Projects & also drive CU and project/program level Governance
The key tasks will include
Project/Program Workflow Management
- Support CPM in GC workflow
- Initiate XLPM: Update TG dates, Financial baselines, Risks
- Key Documents
- TG Checklists; help in the preparation of tg2 - tg5 decks
- Risk / Issue Updates (based on CPM inputs)
- Status report
- CR Updates in GC – Adding new CRs, updating cost/revenue baselines
- Initiate CPE
Demand Management
- Co-ordinate with respective programs to have an updated view of the demand & ensure these are reflected in the rematch. Further co-ordination with CU demand heads
- Hands-on updates in EriMatch with RPM role.
Project Financial Tracking & Reporting
- Regular coordination with PFM for Tracking project financials in terms of cost, net sales/invoicing, UM, WIP& RUC.
- Ensure Goods receipt for partner invoices. Resolving any IR-GR mismatches. Creation of service tickets and ensuring successful closure in cases of exceptional payments or wrong invoice posting
- report preparation for any program/project governance
- Updating/tracking project-level finance trackers, OEF, etc.
- Coordination with sourcing in case of complaints from 3pp regarding payments, vendor data update, etc.
Document Repository Management
- Help in Eridoc & SharePoint Repository Creation & Management & access management
Monthly T&M Customer Invoicing
- Collect monthly time booking, expenses data and get sign-off from the customer
- advice PFM or internal e/// team to send out the invoices to the customer
Project Time plan
- Creating, updating, merging, and managing various time plans within a program.
- Linking time plans and other reports like billing plan
- Tracking actual costs & ensuring it doesn’t impact the planned budget, especially in case of changes in time plans
Change Management
- Manage change windows in co-ordination with E/// internal technical teams & TDC change management team
- Facilitate to resolve issues in case of an unsuccessful change implementation
Risk Management
- Attending risk management calls and maintaining the risks in global Chronos / specified ORG template (e.g., RAID LOG)
- Helping the CPM in creating the proposal and importing the risks to global Chronos
To be successful in the role you must have
- Project Support skills
- Ericsson Business Process Knowledge (Sales process, Service Delivery processes, and Supply process) XLPM process
- Ericsson Tools Knowledge like Global Chronos, Erimatch
- Knowledge of SAP reports
- Reporting skills
- Coordination Skills
