What you will do

  • Developing the sourcing and talent attraction strategy for EGI as well as a system with an analytical approach.
  • Manage critical TA programs and assist in building recruitment marketing strategy with the latest technology trends in mind.
  • Identify and pilot innovative methods, tools, and processes for an efficient and effective recruiting service in line with the global talent attraction process.
  • Work closely with all HR SME areas and with the business to enable a one-team approach to Talent at Ericsson.
  • Design talent attraction solutions supporting business needs.
  • Ensure deployment of HR solutions.

You will bring

  • Spokesperson for Ericsson internally & Externally on Talent attraction plans & strategy
  • Collaboration - Work with RPO vendor, Employer Brand team, Global TA team, and with EGI People team
  • Innovation - create and implement creative strategies and solutions to attract talent in an ultra-competitive talent segment across India
  • Influencing - Ability to engage and strengthen relationships with our stakeholders and BA leadership teams
  • Highly skilled in strategy development and strategy execution
  • Focused on engagement, customer satisfaction, and talent experience
  • Implementation of metrics-based approach to recruiting to ensure the company hiring plans are achieved efficiently.
  • A good understanding of our industrial landscape and external approaches to TA strategy
