What you will do
- Build and continually improve Ericsson India Student hiring strategy including relationships with target organizations, student attraction, and retention once hired.
- Responsible for building and demonstrating analytics that supervises success and returns on investment of University Recruiting as a source of hire across the company while using data to increase the scope and charter of the program to scale for substantial growth.
- Leading collaboration across Business Area leadership teams to grow the approach across the workforce and organizational planning while proactively addressing gaps left by attrition.

- Collaboration - Work with RPO vendor, Employer Brand team, Global TA team, and with India People team.
- Innovation - create and implement creative strategies and solutions to attract talent in an ultra-competitive talent segment across India.
- Passion – shown passion for Student talent and the value to organizations.
- Champions UR programs internally and works effectively across a heavily matrixed organization.
- Influencing - Ability to engage and strengthen relationships with universities across India and across our stakeholders.
- Highly skilled in University program and strategy creation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with development programs targeted at graduates.
- Implementation of metrics-based approach to recruiting to ensure the company hiring plans are achieved efficiently.
- A good understanding of our industrial landscape and external approaches to University strategy.
