Roles and Responsibilities

As a growth hacker, you will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption and engagement of our product. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, technology teams to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, developing, optimizing growth channels and growth loops to drive user acquisition and drive organic leads.
• Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future growth strategies.
• Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
• Improve user onboarding funnel. Design and run experiments to test and validate hypotheses.
• Providing inputs expertise to drive efficacy of product and marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
• Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels.
• Lead Top of the Funnel activity and thought.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience in edtech, E-Commerce, or relevant background.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
