Exim Bank India is looking for energetic and dedicated Graduates to join the organization as Management Trainees in the following areas,
The Bank organizes various group training programs, facilitating continuous upgradation of skills of its staff. Officers are also nominated for customized training programs and seminars including e-learning, to enhance skill sets for handling highly-specialized portfolios.
A monthly stipend of INR 55,000/- will be paid during the period of training.

Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM I) as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of a training period for one year in the Bank. The current CTC of the Deputy Manager works out to ₹ 17.00 lakh per annum approximately.
