Your role

The Tax-Workforce Advisory (WFA) Practice team is actively involved in providing People Management consulting to various world-class organizations across the globe. 
EY seeks candidates who can participate in various stages of consulting in different competencies within WFA namely: HR Transformation, Payroll, Change Management, Organization Design, Talent and leadership, Workforce management, HR Transactions, Learning, and Analytics. 
The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and should be ready to gain and implement vast experience in various aspects of people consulting.

Role and responsibilities

  • Be part of the WFA practice at EY. Experience and learn world-class consulting best practices, working on global client projects.
  • Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a globally distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content. 
  • Gain hands-on experience in one or more areas of the WFA competencies, as mentioned above.
  • Support and assist development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance consulting skills and broader capability offerings within the practice.

About you

Qualifications and education requirements

  • EY is looking for 2nd-year postgraduate students who are majoring in Human Resources or have Human Resources as one of the major domains in the dual specialization.

Preferred skills

  • The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and analytical tools will be considered while choosing the best applicant for this position.
  • Prior consulting/ HR experience will be an added advantage to the candidature.
