Responsibilities

• Drive CBCC and Credit Program Growth while working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns across Flipkart Wholesale channels: Digital and Offline
• Work with the business/product/marketing teams to enable data-driven decision making
• Define, track, and communicate key business metrics for the portfolio, and derive actionable insights
• Execute necessary business initiatives to achieve credit adoption and utilization targets
• Identify areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures
• Directly work with Marketing, Product Managers, and Analytics to optimize customer acquisition funnel
• Collaborate with Financial Institutions/ Banks to ensure seamless execution

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Educational: Graduation, MBA is preferred
• Past experience in eCommerce, Analytics, Banking, Financial Services, or Payments industries
• The candidate should possess analytical skills and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Acumen to identify and act on customer needs
• Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and derive meaningful insights from it
• Proficiency with SQL and Data Analysis
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment to achieve objective business goals
