Job Description

An Analyst is expected to grasp the MIS requirements that arise from time to time and use existing/innovative tools to enable seamless BI around the same. He/She will also be responsible for all the survey administration across the employee life cycle as well as will own the forward/backward data sync around these surveys. In addition to this, he/she will also have an opportunity to pick up problem statements articulated by the Leaders of Flipkart, analyze data and provide meaningful and actionable insights to tackle these problems.

Responsibilities

• You are involved in identifying MIS requirements for the organization and enhancing the existing BI architecture.
• You model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for daily HR MIS needs.
• You are responsible for defining and reporting key metrics and trends to the stakeholders.
• You ensure the infra and data supporting the Analytics team and its stakeholders are efficient and reliable.
• You are responsible for sending out surveys across the employee life cycle and making sure the data flows back to concerned systems seamlessly.

• SQL, Power BI, ETL

• Statistics, Python, Data Modeling, and Warehousing concepts
