Handling various projects and take the lead to complete it
Preparation of Board and Audit Committee Presentation
Involved in Due Diligence of any M&A deals
Active participation on IPO related activities
Ensuring consistency in Group Accounting Policies across all the entities
Preparation and Identification of GAAP difference related to Books maintained in IFRS and USGAAP
Preparation of Accounting Memo on any complex Accounting issues.
